The Studio Engagement Specialist (ES) is responsible for ensuring that Gaming Industry customers of the Dynamic AI platform achieve the desired outcomes and long-term value from their investment in Dynamic AI. The role bridges commercial, technical, and product perspectives, owning the relationship and making sure each customer moves from the idea phase to a successful implementation of an AI Diamond.
The ES acts as the voice of the customer inside RawPowerLabs and as the trusted advisor to the customer outside.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for an assigned portfolio of Gaming Industry customers interested in or using the Dynamic AI platform.
- Full ownership from onboarding to adoption, renewal and retention
- Accountable for customer satisfaction, retention, and value realization
- Ensures that internal functions (Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing) are coordinated around customer success objectives.
- Be the customer-facing face of Dynamic AI / RawPowerLabs and serve as the main operational point of contact for customer
- Onboarding: Provide high-level technical support during pre-sales qualification and discovery phase and post-sales onboarding of new customers.
- Maximize the value of Dynamic AI for the customers i.e. by connecting game studio needs with Dynamic AI capabilities and hereby ensure customer adoption & value realization
- Collect detailed customer feedback for our product team at all stages of the sales, implementation and runtime funnel.
- Collaborate with Business Development to translate customer success stories into growth opportunities and community engagement.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership on key initiatives and deals.
- Share regular customer updates and account status reports.
- Document business outcomes demonstrating value realization of Dynamic AI
- Identify and attract possible Dynamic AI ambassadors into Community events etc.
What The Candidate Bring to the Team
- People passion and eagerness to join a fantastic Dynamic AI team
- Game industry and preferable game development experience
- Technical savvy, preferably from game development, and the desire to be main technical advisor of solving use case
- Intimate knowledge and strong connections in the game development community.
- Strong formal communication skills (English) with a focus on customer experience and relationship building.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal and external partners.
- Strong motivation to drive value for prospects & customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Perform demos in front of both technical and business-focused prospects
What Gives Candidate Extra Points
- Engineering experience with Machine Learning/AI
- Engineering experience with Video Game development either at Publisher or 3rd Party Vendor levels.
- You have established business relationships with partners within the gaming industry.
- Experience in sales or business development capacity working with the game developer community.
- Experience in complex technical sales and/or AI product sales.

About Raw Power Games
