Raw Power Games is a games developer dedicated to creating amazing games while fostering a remarkable work culture for our team. 

At Raw Power Games, we encourage experimentation and recognize the value of learning and growth. We are located in Copenhagen, but with flexible work hours and remote options, we prioritize task completion over specific time or location. 

We believe that an inclusive and inspiring work environment brings out the best in our talented individuals, resulting in exceptional games. 

Fully funded, we’re developing our first game which is an open world sandbox set in a familiar historical setting, with a twist. It will initially launch on PC, followed by console versions.

    Our Recruitment Process

    We want you to feel as prepared and comfortable as possible throughout our recruitment process. Below is an outline of what you can typically expect, so you have a clearer sense of each step and how to prepare.

    Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed by both the hiring team and the recruiter. We carefully go through all applications and will keep you informed throughout the process. You can expect to receive an update from us within three weeks - this may be a decision or simply a status update if we are still reviewing applications or if the process is taking a bit longer than expected.

    If you move forward, the interview process will typically include a mix of online and in-person conversations, depending on your location. If you are applying for a fully remote role, all interviews will by default be conducted online.

    For some roles, there may also be a case challenge or a logic test as part of the process. If this applies, your recruiter will let you know in advance and provide the necessary details so you know what to expect and how to prepare.

    While this is our standard process, there may occasionally be small changes depending on the role or specific circumstances. If that happens, we’ll do our best to keep you informed every step of the way.

    Throughout our recruitment process, we focus on finding a strong mutual fit for both sides. This means that at any stage, either you or we may decide not to continue if the match isn’t right. If that happens, we will of course communicate openly and keep you informed, and we encourage you to do the same. 


    The Interview Journey

    • Screening

      You’ll start with a short conversation with one of our recruiters, which is typically a 30 minute online call. This is a chance for us to learn about your background, experience and motivation - and for you to ask any initial questions about the role and the company

    • Team & Values Interview

      Next, you’ll meet some of the team members you may be working with, including the lead or manager. We’ll talk about how we collaborate, our shared values and what it’s like to work here.

        We care deeply about our culture and the principles that guide how we work together. In this conversation, we’re exploring how your approach, expectations and values align with ours - while also recognizing that strong teams are built on diverse perspectives, experiences and ways of thinking.

        This is as much an opportunity for you to get to know the team as it is for us to get to know you, and to explore whether this feels like the right environment for you to do your best work.

      • Technical Interview

        In this step, we’ll explore your role-specific skills and problem-solving approach. The format varies depending on the role, but the focus is on understanding how you think, work through challenges and apply your expertise.

      • Personality Assessment

        Finally, you’ll complete a personality assessment with a certified recruiter. This helps us better understand working styles, strengths and preferences, and ensures we set both you and the team up for long-term success.
